Beginning in 1977 he experienced a series of “accidents” followed by a debilitating case of Lyme’s Disease. After a combination of encounters with unscrupulous insurance companies and unsuccessful treatments attempted by the traditional western medical model, he began to explore alternative healing modalities.

Originally the target was a modest one, to heal from the pain and misery that was his constant companion. After attending numerous workshops and classes in various modalities, he discovered MariEL, an early form of Cellular Memory Healing.  His experience during the week-long training coupled with an angelic vision was profound, and he walked away with a deep knowing that healing work was to be his life’s path. Since 1991, his healing work with others has been the major focus of David’s life.

There followed many teachers with many diverse schools of thought from all over the planet. These teachers ranged in scope from the mystics of the great religions to the shamans of indigenous cultures, the scientific and the spiritual. Each teacher and school of thought left its mark, imprinting yet more information and insights, some pieces small and others, much more profound.

AFTER SEVERAL DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCES with various aspects of the spiritual circus, David searched for a higher truth. This led to some staggering and profound experiences, and threads of wisdom passed down from the great Avatars of human civilization. Digging beneath the glamorous charades and distortions of what constitutes much of spiritual teachings, he discovered a few integrous teachers. David eventually emerged with a new sense of commitment to truth and unconditional love.

THE CHRONICLES OF THIS JOURNEY have been shared through a series of articles which eventually became the core of his first book “THE STRUGGLE TO SURRENDER: LOVE CONSCIOUSNESS & THE QUANTUM FIELD”
